Saudi Arabia offers a tourist eVisa valid for 1 year with multiple entries. Each visit allows a stay of up to 90 days and can be used for tourism, attending events, visiting family or friends, and performing Umrah (outside of Hajj season).

Key Points to Know About the Saudi Arabia eVisa

  • Passport Requirements: The passport used for the application must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival. Travellers must also enter Saudi Arabia using the same passport.
  • Visa Validity & Stay: The permitted stay cannot be extended.
  • Application Accuracy: Provide accurate and truthful information on the application form. Misleading or false information may result in rejection.
  • Entry Points: The Saudi Arabia eVisa can be used to enter through all seaports and airports.
  • Receiving the eVisa: Once approved, the eVisa is sent on the registered email ID. Check the registered email address regularly.
  • Submission Timelines: Submit the application at least 4 days before travelling to Saudi Arabia.
  • Age Requirements: Applicants must be at least 18 years old to apply independently. A minor must have an adult apply on their behalf, and the applicant must have legal authority to do so. Otherwise, the application may be rejected. 

Note that each child must have their own approved eVisa and passport when travelling to Saudi Arabia.

  • Entry Not Guaranteed: An approved eVisa does not guarantee entry. Final admission is decided by Saudi immigration authorities upon arrival.
